Getting to the hotel from the train station was a nightmare. I couldn't reach the hotel for assistance, which was really upsetting after a long journey. It was particularly alarming arriving at night with no one to help me. thankfully, I managed to find a car service, but that added stress to my already difficult day.

The elevators—both to the parking lot and the hotel—were poorly maintained and lacked cleanliness, which detracted from the overall experience.

However, I faced a frustrating hiccup when the bathtub drained slowly, causing delays during my morning routine. Additionally, my son and I experienced some noise disruption from music coming through the vent system, which was annoying while trying to concentrate on work. they seemed dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, while there were notable positives, a bit more attention to room amenities and clearer communication could enhance the experience significantly.
